TCMA has been actively involved in transposition of relevant EU directives on chemicals management prior to implementation of REACH. Since 2003, TCMA organized over 100 seminars concerning application of REACH in the EU along with promoting REACH pre-registration of chemicals by the Turkish companies. TCMA works closely with the MOI&F, Undersecretariat of Foreing Trade (DTM), Istanbul Chemicals Exporters Association and Chamber of Industries.
TCMA provides also advisory/consultancy services to the companies in sectors other than chemical manufacturing (such as; Electronic Article Producers, Steel Producers) which are also under the REACH obligations.
